Quotes and scope

Every project is quoted in USD with a fixed scope. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted before it starts.

Payment

• Projects of $80 and above: 50% deposit to start, balance on approval of final work.
• Smaller design jobs: full payment upfront.
• Monthly services such as digital marketing and hosting: billed monthly in advance.

Revisions

Two revision rounds are included. Further rounds are quoted before work starts.

Ownership

Full ownership of final design files transfers to you once the balance is paid. For licensed platforms (such as LeyanPOS), you own your data and branding, and the platform is licensed to you while your plan is active.

Portfolio

We may show completed work in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us not to in writing.
