Refunds and cancellation

The short version

Cancel before we start and you get your deposit back. Cancel after we start and the deposit stays with us. It pays for the time we already spent.

Before work starts

1.1 We start work when we have an approved brief and your deposit.

1.2 If you cancel before that, we refund the deposit in full, within 7 days.

After work starts

2.1 Once we start, the deposit is not refunded. It covers the time already spent.

2.2 If the work done is worth more than the deposit, we invoice the difference at the fair value of that work. We show you how we worked it out.

2.3 We hand over the work completed up to the point of cancellation once it has been paid for.

After delivery

3.1 Once you have accepted the final files, payments are not refunded.

3.2 If something we delivered does not match the scope sheet, we fix it at no charge. We do not refund for changes of taste.

If we are late or cannot deliver

4.1 If we are more than 7 days late on an agreed date, and the delay is our fault, you may cancel. We refund the part of your payment for work not yet delivered, within 7 days.

4.2 If we cannot deliver what we promised, we refund what you paid for that part.

Small jobs

5.1 For jobs paid in full upfront (under $80), the same rules apply. If we have not started, you get a full refund. If we have delivered a first version, the payment is not refunded.

Monthly services

6.1 Digital marketing, hosting and support can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. WhatsApp counts.

6.2 The month in progress is not refunded. Unused ad budget you sent us is returned in full.

Domains, hosting, printing and paid extras

7.1 Domains, hosting, printing, stock and other items we buy for you are not refundable once bought, because the supplier does not refund us.

Catalogue offers

8.1 Discounted offers follow the same rules. The refund is based on the price you actually paid.

How to cancel or ask for a refund

9.1 Message us on WhatsApp on +263 78 773 1440 with your quote or invoice number.

9.2 We reply within 1 working day and confirm the amount in writing.

9.3 Refunds are paid back the way you paid, in USD, less any bank or mobile-money charges.

If you are unhappy

10.1 Tell us. We would rather fix it than lose you. Most problems are solved in a day.
